Sautéed Sauerkraut with Chicken Sausage
- 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 lb organic sauerkraut (brine based, not vinegar based)
- 4-5 diced dill pickles
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- Cook the sausage until complete.
- Heat the sauerkraut until hot.
- Place all toppings on top of the sausage. Enjoy!
